Commercial painting that works around your business
Commercial painting for offices, retail spaces, and shared areas, planned in phases to reduce disruption, with clear scopes and tidy, predictable crews.

The approach
What a commercial painting project looks like
A commercial repaint has two clients: the space and the people trying to use it. We plan commercial work in phases, by floor, by room, or by area, so your team, customers, or tenants can keep moving while the work gets done.
From office refreshes to retail spaces and multi-unit common areas, we bring the same preparation-first approach we use in homes, scaled to larger spaces and tighter schedules.
What's included
- Offices, meeting rooms, and reception areas
- Retail and customer-facing spaces
- Hallways, stairwells, and multi-unit common areas
- Repaints, refreshes, and color updates between tenants
- Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
- Phased scheduling to reduce disruption to operations

Common questions
Commercial Painting FAQs
Can you work around our business hours?
Scheduling is planned during estimating, and phasing the work by area is usually the most practical approach. Let us know your constraints and we'll build the plan around them.
How do you handle occupied buildings?
With phasing, protection, and communication. Areas in progress are clearly separated, everything is cleaned up daily, and low-odor product options are available where occupancy makes that important.
Do you take on small commercial jobs?
Yes. A single office, a retail unit, or a common-area refresh all fit the way we work. The estimate process is the same regardless of size.
