So our days are budgeted for patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming, and the finish coat, the part everyone photographs, is the shortest chapter of the job.

Every step in writing
Walkthrough & scope
We look at the actual surfaces, talk through what you want, and put the scope in writing: what's included, what isn't, and what it costs.
Surface assessment
Every surface is checked for damage, failing coatings, moisture, and adhesion issues so the preparation matches what your home actually needs.
Preparation & protection
Floors, furniture, and fixtures are protected. Then patching, sanding, caulking, and priming, the unglamorous work that makes the finish last.
Product & finish selection
Coatings and sheens are chosen per surface: durable enamels for trim, washable finishes for busy walls, the right primer for every repair.
Application
Finish coats go on in the planned sequence, cut lines first, then rolling or spraying, with each coat given proper drying time.
Detail & walkthrough
Tape comes off, hardware goes back, and everything is cleaned up. Then we walk the project with you and touch up anything that isn't right.
