What we collect

When you submit the estimate request form, we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, project location, project type, and a description of the work. We also record when the form was submitted, which helps us filter out automated spam.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

The details you send are used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. That includes reviewing your project, contacting you to discuss scope, arranging a walkthrough, and preparing a written estimate.

We ask for your explicit consent on the form before it can be submitted, and we only use your details in the way that consent describes.

How it's stored

Estimate requests are stored securely in our hosted backend. Access is restricted, so submissions are not publicly visible, and only the people handling your inquiry can see them.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists. If you hear from us, it's because you asked us to contact you about a project.

Your choices

You can ask what details we hold about your inquiry, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. The simplest way is to send a note through the estimate form mentioning that it's a privacy request, which reaches the same people who handle inquiries.

If you submitted a request by mistake, let us know the same way and we'll remove it.

Changes to this notice

If the way we handle personal details changes, this page will be updated. The version published here is the current one.
