Send the estimate request form with a few details about your project. We'll review it, follow up with any questions, and arrange a walkthrough where that's useful. You then receive a written estimate that spells out the scope, what's included, and what it costs.

Three things, mostly: the size of the area, the condition of the surfaces, and the products involved. A room with sound walls paints faster than one needing extensive patching; an exterior with peeling paint needs more scraping and priming than one that's merely faded. The walkthrough exists to assess exactly this, so the estimate reflects your project rather than a generic rate.

Clear walls of pictures and shelves, move small and fragile items, and settle colors early. We handle the heavy furniture, floor protection, patching, and masking. Our preparation checklist in the Resources section walks through the full list.

In most cases, yes. We plan interior projects room by room so you keep access to the spaces you need day to day, and we clean up at the end of each visit. Anything specific to your household, such as nap schedules, home offices, or pets, is worth mentioning during the walkthrough so we can sequence around it.

Yes. Exterior coatings need dry surfaces and suitable temperatures, so weather can shift timing. We adjust the schedule rather than paint a surface that isn't ready, and we keep you informed as conditions change.

We move and cover the larger pieces, including sofas, tables, and beds, shifting them to the center of the room under protective covers. We ask you to handle small, fragile, and personal items yourself, and to flag anything unusually heavy or delicate during the walkthrough.

Tape comes off, hardware and switch plates go back, and everything is cleaned up. Then we walk the project with you and touch up anything that isn't right before we consider it finished.
